He talks about how much of a challenge it was to present the idea of this new stadium. He eventually was able to persuade the builders to pursue this new stadium.

He spent his time hunting on his safari and the pictures and articles on the walls of his office certainly prove how amazing this trip really was to Jack.
One of Jack's fondest memories is when he met his wife. He talks about how he was set up with her on a blind date and how they would talk on the phone all the time. He felt that it was love at first sight. Jack and his wife have been married for
The podcast ends with Jack discussing the Jack Gillrup Award. The City of Jacksonville created this award   to be presented to an individual in the disability community who has made achievements and has been involved in the community. Jack usually presents the award to the winner each year.
